In 2006 Gods word in Isaiah 58 spoke to my heart and I began to pray that He would lead me to where He wanted to use me . I thought he had opened a door to go to Africa , and I started to prepare for that , He soon closed the door and kept it blocked. Then the 2006 mission trip through Victory Point was brought up ,to go and work with Hugo and Sarah in Texas and Mexico. All of a sudden God opened the door and provided the money for the deposit in 2 weeks time. The mission trip changed my life and also began a great work in my husband Bob’s heart at home. Now we are both here in 2008 togather and God has truly blessed us by being able to be used by Him and exsperiance the love of the people at Templo Belen who are continually serving people with the love of Christ. Hi Judy,
I thought I would check out the web today and see how things are going in Mexico.
Then I saw your picture, and smiled, as I know you have a beautiful heart of compassion for others.
How cool that you and your husband could both go down this year.
May you be blessed richly as you serve together!
Prayers for you this week.
